Objective:

Employee Management: Coordinate medical cases, process staff movements/replacements, and manage buffer crew assignments.
Data & Efficiency: Monitor personnel deployment, analyze workforce productivity, and utilize management software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) to optimize resource allocation.
