Crew Member – QSR Experience Jobs in Dubai at Popeyes UAE
We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in the transportation industry.
Job roles:
Prioritize safety and adhere to company safety standards.
Assist with daily operations related to fleet movement.
Schedule and dispatch chauffeurs and service vehicles based on customer requests via phone, text, and email.
Communicate with chauffeurs using the Preimo App, phone, text, or email.
Provide basic guidance to chauffeurs to reduce delays and service issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and records in the system.
Monitor daily attendance and fleet operations.
Follow up on bookings made through various channels (online, email, phone).
Ensure that vehicles are returned at the end of each shift.
Handle basic issues related to drivers, devices, and customer satisfaction.
Perform regular fleet checks and ensure vehicles are maintained in proper condition.
Coordinate with maintenance suppliers for basic repairs.
Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports on fleet operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
