Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. You will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and support administrative tasks related to HR and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
Manage and coordinate front desk activities, including handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies.
Assist the HR department with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle inquiries from employees and visitors, providing appropriate information or directing them to the relevant department.
Ensure compliance with security procedures by monitoring visitor access and maintaining visitor logs.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Support the HR team with documentation, data entry, and filing.
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role, however freshers are welcome to join.
Must be able to speak English, Azerbaijani & Turkish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Professional appearance and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
