Job Title:Credit Control Manager
Salary Range: AED. 10,000 to 13,000
Work Location: JAFZA, Dubai
We, Newmatic International Group, a Trading Company established in 1993 deal with the high-level Trading of Commercial Laundry Equipment, and we are one of the world-class Leading Laundry Equipment suppliers & Laundry Solutions providers in the entire Middle East. We are a group of companies with 4 Divisions & all over GCC branches in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Scope of Work:
· Credit Control — Develop credit assessment, implement policy development, and implement ERP approvals setups.
· Invoice & Receivables Management — Invoicing, overdue follow-ups, LCs, and payment plans
· Debt Collection & Recovery – Implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debts & manage legal recovery procedures
· Record Keeping & Reporting — Aging reports, bank guarantees tracking
· Customer Account Management — Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
· Internal Collaboration — Liaise with finance, sales, and other departments to resolve account issues and support cash flow forecasting.
· Compliance & Risk Management — Identify credit risks and credit holds, implement insurance & regulations
