We are looking for an Interior Fit-Out Project Manager to lead the execution of our projects, ensuring every design is implemented to perfection, within budget and on schedule.
Job Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed timelines, milestones, and activity schedules to ensure smooth implementation of interior designs.
Design Implementation: Work closely with interior designers to translate their vision into reality, ensuring every detail is executed as per the approved design.
Quality Control & Finishing: Maintain the highest standards of finishing, ensuring flawless workmanship in materials, joinery, painting, flooring, and other interior elements.
Timeline Management: Ensure all works are completed as per the agreed time plan, minimizing delays and proactively addressing bottlenecks.
Contractor & Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs to ensure budget compliance, negotiating with vendors and contractors for cost-effective solutions.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all site activities comply with local regulations, safety protocols, and company quality standards.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key liaison between designers, suppliers, contractors, and clients, keeping all stakeholders updated on progress.
Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify and resolve site challenges swiftly to maintain project timelines and quality expectations.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years in interior fit-out project management, specializing in luxury apartments and villas.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, MEP coordination, materials sourcing, and finishing techniques.
Project Management Skills: Ability to create detailed project plans, schedules, and activity breakdowns using tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera.
Eye for Detail: Passion for high-end finishes and an uncompromising approach to quality.
UAE Experience Preferred: Familiarity with Dubai’s construction regulations, local suppliers, and fit-out best practices.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
