Location: Dubai (field + office)
Type: Internship, full-time
Salary: 2,000-3,000 per month during internship, 6-8k post internship.
About the Role
Two jobs in one: quality control on creator content, and face-to-face onboarding for new merchants.
Half your week is desk work, reviewing creator portfolios and submitted content against campaign briefs. The other half you are out at restaurants, salons, and clinics across Dubai, sitting with owners and walking them through the app until they can run a campaign without help.
This is not a strategy role. It is judgment plus follow-through.
What You’ll Do
Content review
- Review creator video portfolios and score fit for campaigns
- Assess content quality against Expin standards before it reaches the client
- Check every submission against the campaign brief, including do’s and don’ts
- Flag misses clearly with a specific reason, not "rejected"
Client onboarding
- Visit clients on-site and take them through setup and their first campaign in person
- Teach the app hands-on: creating a campaign, reviewing requests, check-in, rating content
- Confirm the client can complete the core flow unassisted before you leave
Ongoing follow-up
- Weekly check-in with every assigned client to answer questions and unblock them
- Log every visit, call, and outcome the same day
- Escalate anything you cannot resolve
Requirements
- Based in Dubai, able to travel to client locations daily
- Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred (most clients are Arabic-speaking)
- Comfortable explaining software to non-technical people, patiently, more than once
- Detail-oriented enough to catch a missing tag or an off-brief shot
- Presentable and confident in a client-facing setting
- Own laptop and phone
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content formats
- Any previous customer-facing or field role
- Driving licence
