Responsibilities:
Lead full-scale creative campaigns from ideation to final delivery
Translate sometimes open or incomplete briefs into strategic, compelling creative work
Craft bold, culturally relevant creative concepts that cut through the clutter
Ensure world-class quality across every touchpoint—design, film, digital, and beyond
Build strong creative briefs for internal teams and external production partners
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team
Background as an Associate Creative Director or Senior Art Director
Strong portfolio with youth-driven, culturally sharp, impactful integrated campaigns
Extensive experience attending shorts, leading productions, and crafting high quality content
Smart, resourceful use of AI tools to supercharge creativity – not replace it
