Creative Specialist – Events Jobs in Doha at Attraction for events
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Creative Specialist – Events with strong experience in events, creative concepts, presentations, and tender/proposal preparation. The role focuses on developing creative solutions and high-quality visual presentations for events, exhibitions, and activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, themes, and visual directions for events and activations.
- Prepare and create tenders, proposals, pitch decks, concept presentations, and PowerPoint presentations for submissions.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, and client briefs and develop creative responses.
- Create mood boards, key visuals, event branding, layouts, and presentation materials.
- Work closely with Project, Production, 2D/3D Design, and Video teams.
- Present and explain creative concepts to clients when required.
- Support multiple projects and tender submissions under tight deadlines.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
Requirements
- Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and storytelling skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in events, exhibitions, creative design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in preparing event tenders and proposals – mandatory.
- Excellent PowerPoint and presentation design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Advertising, Event Management, or a related creative field is highly valued.
- Qatar experience and already in Qatar with Valid QID is preferred.
