We’re looking for a smart and proactive Creative & Operations Specialist to join our team.
This role is for someone who understands marketing, design, AI tools, and digital execution — and can manage and execute tasks efficiently.
🎯 Role Overview:
You will act as the link between management, marketing, and execution teams (designers, video editors, developers, freelancers).
🔥 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up with freelancers (design, video, web)
- Ensure tasks are delivered on time and with high quality
- Execute tasks when needed (design, simple edits, etc.)
- Suggest ideas for ads, creatives, and content
- Use AI tools to improve workflow and speed
- Support daily operations and project management
✅ Requirements:
- Good understanding of marketing & digital content
- Familiar with AI tools and modern tech
- Basic skills in design / video / websites
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, proactive, and problem solver
- Able to handle multiple tasks
⭐ Bonus:
- Experience in E-commerce
- Experience working with freelancers
