We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a passion for finance, strong technical marketing skills, and expertise in digital strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Strategy:

Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in the Forex industry.
Optimize and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring ROI-driven performance.
Track, analyze, and interpret website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and heatmaps.
Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, email campaigns, and ad creatives to optimize performance.

Content & Social Media Marketing:

Create, manage, and optimize content across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve organic reach and lead generation.
Utilize content marketing strategies such as blog writing, infographics, and educational materials to attract and retain traders.

Marketing Automation & CRM:

Manage email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and automation workflows using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Active Campaign.
Set up and optimize WhatsApp Business API and chatbot automation for customer engagement.
Integrate and manage CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) for lead nurturing and segmentation.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Generate and present detailed marketing reports using Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Use UTM parameters and tracking pixels to measure campaign effectiveness and customer journeys.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in finance or Forex.

Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM integration.

Ability to analyze KPIs, ROI, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.

Knowledge of Forex markets and financial products is highly desirable.

Strong technical knowledge of marketing integrations, tracking pixels, and API-driven automation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Python, SQL, or Excel (for data analysis and automation).

Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and event tracking implementation.

Familiarity with marketing AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or MidJourney for content generation).

Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
