We are seeking an imaginative and strategic Creative Director to shape the creative vision of our Current Brand Dots Cafe and upcoming food concepts. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, branding, and the food industry, with a deep understanding of market trends. You will oversee the development and execution of integrated creative campaigns, conceptual art, advertising, user interface design, and strategic content planning. You will also drive the brand’s identity across multiple platforms, ensuring all creative touchpoints align with our brand’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Identity:

Lead the development and execution of a cohesive brand identity that resonates with our audience, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (in-store, online, packaging, etc.).

Campaign Development:

Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns from ideation to execution, integrating various platforms such as digital, print, social media, and in-store activations.

Conceptual Art & Design:

Direct the creation of visually compelling conceptual art and assets that align with brand storytelling and enhance customer engagement, maintaining top-tier design standards.

Integrated Marketing & Activation:

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring that the creative strategy supports the overall business objectives and drives consumer engagement.

Advertising & User Interface Design:

Oversee the design of digital experiences, including websites, mobile apps, and online platforms, ensuring that they offer a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user interface that enhances brand visibility and consumer interaction.

Strategic Content Planning & Execution:

Lead the development of strategic content across all channels (social media, email marketing, web content, etc.), ensuring that content is engaging, on-brand, and supports broader marketing goals.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Manage and inspire a team of designers, artists, and writers. Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure brand consistency and meet campaign goals.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

Stay informed on current trends in design, branding, food culture, and digital marketing to keep the brand ahead of the competition and innovative in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within the food, hospitality, or retail industry.
Proven experience leading creative campaigns from ideation to execution, including conceptual art and integrated marketing efforts.
Strong understanding of user interface design, digital media, and branding principles.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that drive brand growth.
Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
