Role Overview
The Creative Director will lead the overall creative vision of 1309 Studios, ensuring brand consistency across collections, marketing, PR, digital presence, and events. This role bridges design, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver exceptional brand experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Brand Identity
- Define and lead the brand’s creative vision
- Oversee campaigns, storytelling, and visual consistency
Collection Development
- Set creative direction for new collections
- Collaborate with designers on fabrics and embroidery
- Supervise production, fittings, and timelines
Marketing & PR Leadership
- Develop marketing strategies with the team
- Lead PR activities and agency coordination
- Manage media and influencer relationships
Photoshoots & Content Creation
- Conceptualize and execute photoshoots
- Work with photographers, stylists, and production teams
Events & Pop-Ups
- Lead brand presentation for exhibitions and customized pop-ups
- Coordinate with operations and logistics for execution
Sales & Client Experience
- Oversee brand experience standards
- Support VIP client engagement
Who We’re Looking For;
- 5+ years of experience in fashion, luxury retail, or creative leadership
- Strong brand vision and aesthetic sensibility
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
