Event Exhibition Design
- Design creative exhibition stands and event concepts.
- Develop high‑quality 3D renderings and visual presentations.
- Prepare booth layouts and floor plans.
- Design event branding and environmental graphics.
- Produce production‑ready artwork for fabrication.
- Prepare client presentations and design proposals.
- Support tender submissions with creative concepts and visual content.
- Coordinate with production suppliers regarding artwork and technical requirements.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, venue regulations and production standards.
Creative & Marketing Support
- Design company profiles, brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, invitations and promotional materials.
- Create graphics for social media and website updates when required.
- Assist with basic video editing and presentation materials.
- Support event branding before, during and after events.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
General Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Event Services Sales Specialist on client proposals and tenders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, printers, production teams and internal departments.
- Provide creative ideas and innovative design solutions.
- Assist with administrative coordination related to creative and production activities when required.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in exhibition stand design, event services, exhibitions or the MICE industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating exhibition stands, event branding, activations and creative concepts.
Excellent knowledge of:
- 3ds Max
- Sketch Up
- AutoCAD
- V‑Ray (or equivalent rendering software)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe In Design
Knowledge of AI design tools is an advantage.
Experience preparing print‑ready artwork; understanding of exhibition production and fabrication.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing design requirements is preferred.
Good English communication skills.
