Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Creative Content Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through visuals and is capable of managing the complete content creation process, from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Photography
- Capture professional photographs of services, facilities, products, events, and team members.
- Conduct lifestyle, branding, and promotional photoshoots.
- Edit and retouch photographs for marketing materials and social media.
- Maintain and organize the company’s digital image library.
Videography
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for social media, advertising, website, and internal communications.
- Record promotional campaigns, interviews, customer testimonials, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
- Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality during all shoots.
Video Editing
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Add transitions, captions, animations, graphics, music, and sound effects.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Optimize videos for different platforms and aspect ratios.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines.
Graphic Design
- Design marketing materials including:
- Social media posts and stories
- Posters and flyers
- Brochures
- Banners
- Digital advertisements
- Event branding
- Presentation materials
- Promotional graphics
- Create visual assets that maintain brand consistency.
- Design graphics for both digital and print media.
Content Planning & Branding
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
- Generate fresh content ideas aligned with current trends and business objectives.
- Assist in creating monthly content calendars.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creative outputs.
Equipment & Asset Management
- Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, drones (if applicable), microphones, and editing equipment.
- Organize digital files, project folders, and creative assets.
- Ensure proper backup and storage of all content.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.
- Experience creating content for luxury, wellness, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

- Canva Pro
- CapCut (preferred)
- Figma (preferred)
