Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Coordinator to oversee financial reporting, transactions, and operational activities across multiple business units. The role involves managing financial data, coordinating payments, handling reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial software (Tally, SAGE, ERP Systems), excellent communication skills, and experience handling financial operations in a multi-region environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and submit productivity and financial reports for all business units.
· Generate rental income statements and profitability reports for management.
· Track and analyze revenue growth, operational expenses, and financial trends.
· Manage post-dated cheques (PDCs), ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation.
· Perform bank reconciliations, oversee deposit tracking, and update financial statements.
· Handle payroll processing, including salary calculations, leave management, and gratuity.
· Approve salary disbursements and expense requests, escalating higher amounts to management.
· Oversee tax compliance, ensuring timely GST, income tax, and property tax filings.
· Train and support teams in financial software usage and process implementation.
· Coordinate with internal teams to streamline payment processes and ensure accuracy.
· Assist Software team in developing and implementing financial tools to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
· Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, accounting, or executive-level financial operations.
· Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
· Proficiency in financial software (SAGE, Tally, ERP systems, Excel).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage financial operations across multiple business units and locations.
