Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience creating high-performing social media content.
- Arabic is a must. Exceptional Arabic copywriting and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of audience psychology and content performance.
- Strong English writing skills with the ability to adapt content across different tones and platforms.
- Ability to develop content concepts from insight to execution not just create posts.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform behavior, algorithms, and content consumption patterns.
- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to identify unique angles, hooks, and storytelling opportunities.
- Experience creating content that drives engagement, reach, brand awareness, and business results.
- Advanced experience with short-form video production and editing for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, content pillars, audience segmentation, and brand positioning.
- Ability to analyze content performance and turn data into actionable content decisions.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Strong research skills and curiosity across business, marketing, technology, culture, and emerging trends.
- Cover events through real-time Arabic and English social content.
- Edit and publish short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for both Arabic and English audiences.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating personality-driven content when required.
- Ability to manage multiple brands, industries, and content styles simultaneously.
