Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain different types of cranes such as mobile cranes tower cranes and overhead cranes
- Perform pre-operational checks on the crane to ensure it is in good working condition
- Safely lift and move heavy materials using the crane according to instructions
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members on the ground to coordinate lifts
- Keep accurate records of work performed including maintenance and repair logs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Crane Operator
- Must be able to speak English fluently
- Must have a valid crane operator certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
