In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the country strategy E-Commerce/Quick Commerce to maximize business growth, oversee all aspects of operations, and ensure that the company meets its financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate a complex international business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the country strategy aligned with global business objectives
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local regulations
Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government officials
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies to capitalize on opportunities
Drive sales growth by developing and managing effective marketing and sales strategies
Report on country performance, financial results, and key metrics to senior management
Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in management roles, preferably within the E-Commerce/Quick Commerce sector
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing operations in international markets
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Saudi National is a MUST
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
Willingness to travel as required
