Role Description
This is a full-time FIT OUT Estimator role located in Dubai at Arabesc Contracting & Interiors. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, interpreting blueprints, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with the project team to ensure accurate project pricing. The Estimator will also be involved in conducting material and labor cost analysis, preparing bid proposals, and participating in project meetings.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications
Proficiency in cost estimation and budget analysis
Excellent mathematical and computer skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of construction materials and methods
Experience in the interior fit-out or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Salary: It will be discussed based on experience
