We are seeking a motivated and results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee and optimize our seller accounts on major third-party platforms, including Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, and Sharaf DG. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, experience managing seller portals, and the ability to drive performance through data-driven strategies.

As the Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, advertising campaigns, and customer experience on multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Account Management: Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Sharaf DG, and other third-party platforms.
Product Optimization: Ensure product listings are fully optimized for visibility, including writing compelling product descriptions, using effective keywords, and enhancing product images.
Sales & Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to improve product ranking, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
Advertising Campaigns: Create, implement, and manage advertising strategies (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Products, Noon Ads) to increase visibility and sales.
Customer Service & Feedback Management: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across all platforms.
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment of stock and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to stay ahead of the market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
experience managing seller accounts on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, or Sharaf DG.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platform tools, advertising systems, and marketplace performance metrics.
Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and e-commerce tools (Seller Central, Vendor Central, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Amazon FBA and other fulfillment models.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
