Roles and Responsibilities
Cost Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze site operational costs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions to management.
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs and provide explanations for discrepancies.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for site operations.
Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto gather relevant data and assumptions for budgeting purposes.
Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates to management.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory accounting processes, including valuation, reconciliation, and reporting.
Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Analyze inventory levels and make recommendations foroptimization.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for site operations.
Providefinancial analysisand insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Receivables Management:
Collaborate with operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze direct and indirect costs, and report on cost variances.
Help plan production capacity to meet demand efficiently.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Develop and manage cost structures, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and routing.
Participate in project tendering by providing accurate cost estimates.
Evaluate stock and ensure accurate inventory records.
Qualifications:
5+ years of cost accounting experience.
Good Experience in Reporting
Experience in a company with a turnover of at least SAR 200 million.
Experience in SAP is a must
Experience in Power BI is must
Experience in Team Handling is must
Excellent Englishcommunication skills.
