Position: Cost Competitiveness Manager DET
Responsible for directly involving inmanaging the planning execution and completion of diverseinitiatives and projects ensuring they align with the D33 agendaand the broader goals of economic growth and
sustainability
.
Adopting a proactive approach to risk management stakeholderengagement and integrating
innovative
technologies and practices toenhance project outcomes. In addition to optimizing resourceallocation and refining project methodologies.
The Manager will contributeto the development and management of sophisticated financial modelsfor projects providing financial insights and analyses to supportdecisionmaking processes. By driving
continuous improvement
andleveraging financial expertise the Manager will significantlycontribute to the corporations efforts to boost Dubais economiccompetitiveness through efficient
transparent
and effective projectdelivery.
Providehandson support to the project team in executing and implementing avariety of initiatives aimed at enhancing Dubais economiccompetitiveness.
Actively identify potentialproject risks related to cost resources and timelines. Develop andimplement strategies to mitigate these risks ensuring projectsremain on track and within budget.
Oversee thedevelopment and management of financial models for projects.
Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project strategies asnecessary to address emergingchallenges.
Conduct comprehensive research toinform project strategies identify best practices and stay abreastof industry trends that may impact projectoutcomes.
