Job Title: Cost Management Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Cost Management Analyst to join a leading industrial organization in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cost plans.
- Perform cost analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Monitor operating costs, inventory trends, and KPIs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare management reports and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost planning.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Cost Management, Budgeting, or Financial Planning.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (minimum 5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in the Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Contract Duration: Long term
Salary: Up to QAR 16,000 (All Inclusive)
Pay: Up to QAR16,000.00 per month
