We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Interior Fit Out team.
Role Responsibilities:
Research potential contracting companies and engineering consultancy offices.
Establish contact with potential business partners.
Arrange meetings, and visits to potential business partners for pitching company’s services.
Attend industry’s relevant events and exhibitions for rapport building.
Submit quotations/offers to potential leads.
Negotiate and follow up submitted quotations/offers with potentials leads.
Research and apply new Sales & Business Development approaches and techniques.
Report daily/weekly to Sales Director the work progress and developments.
Assist the Sales Director in attending meetings with potentials leads and business partners.
Skills Required:
Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
Great work ethics.
Ability to react to clients’ requests promptly and in a professional manner.
Self-motivated and Ambition to meet assigned targets.
Team player.
Good Research Skills.
Computer literate knowledge in MS Office.
Required Experience:
3 to 4 years work experience in a relevant industry.
Experience working in an Interior Fit Out Company or Real Estate/Property Developer.
Language Required:
Proficiency in English & Arabic is mandatory.
UAE or GCC driving license is required.
Salary Package:
AED4,500/- basic monthly salary plus sales commission on generated sales and contracts.
