Cost Controller Engineer Jobs in Dubai at Phoenician Technical Services L.L.C
Responsibilities:
Wash, clean, and polish vehicle interiors and exteriors
Ensure all cleaning meets company standards and safety policies
Inspect and maintain detailing tools
Apply protective coatings (wax, ceramic, etc.)
Ensure high-quality finishing
Check for quality issues and improve service when needed
Monitor staff efficiency to optimize resources and reduce costs
Report any vehicle issues to the line manager
Oversee product usage and ensure procedures are followed
Train new employees and ensure they understand their tasks
Maintain discipline, including uniform, behavior, and punctuality
Take on additional responsibilities as required
Set performance goals with the line manager and work towards achieving them
Identify training needs and attend required sessions to improve skills
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience as a car detailer in an automotive workshop or garage
Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
Attention to detail and quality
Ability to work efficiently and follow procedures
Good teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks
Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
