We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Visa Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visa applications for various countries, providing expert guidance on visa requirements, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free visa processing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and processing for multiple destinations.
Provide up-to-date information on visa requirements, fees, and processing times.
Review and verify documents to ensure compliance with embassy and consulate regulations.
Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers as required.
Guide clients through complex visa cases, including business, tourist, student, and work visas.
Stay updated on changes in global visa policies and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of visa applications and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work closely with travel consultants to provide end-to-end travel solutions for clients.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
