Job Description
As a Cost Control Supervisor
, you’re not just overseeing cost control processes and ensuring financial efficiency across the Food & Drinks department—you’re playing a vital role in supporting exceptional hospitality. Through effective cost management, inventory control, and operational oversight, you help maintain the highest standards of quality and service, contributing to memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay truly special.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Monitor department financial performance: identify opportunities to enhance Food & Drinks department profitability and implement corrective actions
- Communicate financial insights: prepare regular reports and lead weekly meetings to keep departments and leadership informed of trends and cost factors
- Collaborate with key stakeholders: partner with hotel finance team members and the Food & Beverage department to drive financial accuracy and operational alignment
- Support department initiatives: assist the Finance Lead with special projects that contribute to the overall success of the department
