تبحث الشركة عن محاسب تكاليف محترف يمتلك خبرة مثبتة في قطاعي الفنادق والمطاعم، ويكون مسؤولاً عن تحليل التكاليف، الرقابة المالية، وتحسين كفاءة العمليات التشغيلية من خلال إعداد التقارير المالية الدقيقة ومتابعة التكاليف بشكل مستمر.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد وتحليل تقارير التكاليف الدورية الخاصة بالعمليات الفندقية والمطاعم.
- مراقبة تكاليف الأغذية والمشروبات (F&B Cost).
- احتساب وتحليل تكلفة الوجبات والمنتجات والخدمات المقدمة.
- مراجعة عمليات الشراء والاستلام والحركات المخزنية.
- تحليل انحرافات التكاليف واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- إجراء الجرد الدوري للمخازن ومطابقة الأرصدة الفعلية مع النظام.
- إعداد مؤشرات الأداء المتعلقة بالتكاليف والربحية.
- التعاون مع الإدارات التشغيلية للحد من الهدر وتحسين كفاءة التشغيل.
- إعداد ومتابعة الموازنات التقديرية ومقارنة النتائج الفعلية بالمستهدف.
- إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا تتضمن التحليلات والتوصيات.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال محاسبة التكاليف.
- خبرة عملية سابقة في قطاعي الفنادق والمطاعم.
- معرفة متقدمة بحساب تكاليف الأغذية والمشروبات (Food & Beverage Costing).
- إجادة Microsoft Excel والأنظمة المحاسبية.
- مهارات تحليلية وإعداد تقارير مالية عالية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم والتواصل وإدارة الوقت.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cost Accountant with proven experience in both the hotel and restaurant industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost analysis, financial control, and improving operational efficiency through accurate reporting and continuous monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze periodic cost reports for hotel and restaurant operations.
- Monitor Food & Beverage (F&B) costs and ensure cost efficiency.
- Calculate and analyze the cost of meals, products, and services provided.
- Review purchasing, receiving, and inventory transactions.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock balances with system records.
- Prepare cost-related KPIs and profitability analyses.
- Work closely with operational departments to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor actual costs against budget targets.
- Provide management with detailed cost analysis reports and recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
- Previous experience in both hotels and restaurants is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage Costing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
