Job Description:
- Use tools for message simulation and transaction testing:
- Validate settlement, reconciliation, and reporting flows
- Examine database tables, logs, and message queues for transaction anomalies
- Handle card management file flows, including settlement, authorization, and chargebacks.
- Perform data migration, Oracle database optimization, and PL/SQL coding.
- Develop and debug shell scripts for batch processing in Linux/Unix environments.
- Coordinate with VISA/Mastercard/MADA for file flows and compliance.
- Debug and fix transaction failures and settlement mismatches.
- Work with Core banking systems, Payment gateways and ATM / POS networks
- Troubleshoot complex transaction failures across multiple layers in
- FIS CORTEX modules
- Switch interfaces & middleware
- Core banking connections
Required Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of FIS CORTEX platform.
- Understanding of card management, transaction processing, and authorization flows
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging standards and card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
