Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Travel Agent for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. Responsibilities include booking travel reservations such as flights, accommodations, and car rentals, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing comprehensive business travel arrangements. The role also requires identifying opportunities for travel-related sales and ensuring satisfaction with all aspects of clients' travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Reservations and Travel Arrangements
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in Car Rental coordination and travel support
- Knowledge of Sales processes and ability to identify opportunities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple travel itineraries
- Proficiency in relevant travel booking systems and tools
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
