As a Delivery Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of package orders to customers in Dubai. Supervisor must follow the delivery guidelines of Amazon, and will be responsible for managing the orders delivery form the Amazon DDB6 warehouse to customers safely. Supervisor must be available for immediate hiring.
BENEFITS:
2024 Vehicle will be provided by us and assigned to you. You will be allowed to take the company’s car home as long as you live within 10km away from warehouse. Fuel card will also be provided by the company. All shifts available, from Morning, Afternoon and Evening shifts.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid Category2- Light motor vehicles Driving license (Must be licensed to drive both Automatic and Manual transmission vehicles). Some route knowledge and navigation skills. Age: above 25 years up to 33 years. Should be able to speak and understand English languages.
2. Must have recently cancelled your employment VISA or willing to cancel within a week. Must be available for immediate start.
3. Must be open to relocate close to work within a month

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strong leadership skills – can motivate and manage a team effectively. Ability to hiring more than 40 Delivery Drivers for the delivery operations. Must have experience or HR skills
2. Tech-savvy – comfortable with dispatch systems, spreadsheets, and online documentation. Solid computer skills is a must
3. Excellent problem-solver – quick decision-making under pressure.
4. Multitasker & fast-paced worker – meets deadlines efficiently.
5. Experience in logistics, transportation, or Amazon DSP preferred

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED3,600.00 per month
