About the role.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Corporate Sales specialist to drive sustainable financial growth for GAIT – Apple in corporate and education through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing and new and corporate and education clients across Qatar.

The ideal candidate will possess a quantifiable record of success in Corporate, Education and/or Technology sales and be a seasoned sales professional with experience selling a complex, solution based service offering with corporate and educational benefit.

The candidate will demonstrate the ability to solve for and address customer requirements and develop mutually profitable relationships. Also, the candidate must understand complex sales cycles, build consensus throughout multiple levels of organisations, and be adept at developing relationships at decision maker level.

The ability to prospect and manage an existing account base as well as develop new business is essential.

Each account and its potential value contribution to the business would need to be clearly identified and translated into impact on the bottom line with full sales reporting and consistent CRM management.

Key Qualifications, Experience, Skills And Attributes

Minimum of 5 – 8 years of sales experience in corporate/education /technology based products.

Technology savvy – open to using various software, understanding technological solutions.

Enthusiastic about technology in Corporates and Educational institutions

Experience with solution-based approach to solving customer requirements and an understanding of complex sales cycles.

Excellent conceptual, verbal and written communication as well as networking skills.

High quality preparation and presentation skills.

Be highly motivated and organised, work independently, and possess strong sense of timeous execution on tasks.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to, and drive change as required.

Experience in customer support.

Willing to be coached and taught according to Apple sales standard and apply to local corporate and education market for success of the business and the customer.

Demonstrate financial acumen with regards to targets and reporting

Demonstrate consistent ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Be able to secure new business in highly competitive situations.

Innovative and creative thinking.

Attention to detail and administration ability.

Driving license and personal transport mandatory.

Experience selling software, IT Services and products will be beneficial.

Key Performance Areas

Manage and grow the Gait footprint across all Corporates, schools and tertiary education institutions, both government and private sector.

Implement sales plans and quarterly targets aligned with business objectives, ensuring achievement of these targets.

Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships in corporates, schools and tertiary education institutions.

Ensure a well-managed sales pipeline and oversee its management.

Host regular events and training sessions for IT Departments in corporates, educators, education leaders and decision-makers on the latest offerings and solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with regional Gait Team.

Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and customer needs in the Corporate and education space.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry contacts.

Develop and maintain strong industry-relevant product knowledge.

Present at events and business review meetings.
