Job Purpose:
To lead the development and execution of the organization’s strategic and operational plans by analyzing business performance, aligning departmental goals with corporate objectives, and providing actionable insights that support effective decision-making and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and evaluate complex information.
Oversee corporate strategy and planning, providing relevant strategic process insights.
Develop company statements (Vision, Mission, Long-term, 3–5 years).
Assess Cyberani’s strategic position using analysis tools (PESTEL, SWOT, Five Forces).
Develop business plans (short-term: 1-year & long-term: 3–5 years).
Formulate and adapt corporate strategy and develop a KPI library.
Develop strategic long-term and short-term goals and initiatives.
Act as secretary of the Management Committee (MC) and track corporate actions.
Prepare the Board of Directors agenda and manage all related activities for Board engagements and communications.
In depth analysis of current and past trends for financial reporting including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, and expenses.
Develop mid-year and year-end company reports.
Develop scenario planning models to assess potential risks and opportunities under different market conditions.
Establish a corporate performance management framework, linking strategy to execution through cascading KPIs.
Facilitate strategy workshops with executive leadership to refine priorities and strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement the company’s strategic planning process, including setting objectives, identifying key initiatives, and monitoring progress.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that may impact the company’s strategic direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights for strategic decision-making.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as necessary.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present performance, insights, and recommendations to executives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
6-8 years of experience, (preferred in the big four).
Experience with strategic planning frameworks and performance management systemsis advantageous.
Familiarity with corporate governance processes, KPI development, and riskassessment methodologies is highly valued.
Knowledge of market analysis tools (PESTEL, SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces) andscenario planning is a plus.
Exposure to M&A strategy, financial modeling, and feasibility studies is plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engagewith technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making – Proven track record of launching successful products and managing the fullproduct lifecycle.

Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word document.
