Position: Corporate Performance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure that all JCDC corporate level reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet strategy organization requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Generate new corporate performance metrics based on best practices from international similar industries.

Provide qualitative justifications on all comments raised by higher management regarding corporate dashboards trends that visually track, analyze, and display key performance indicators (KPI), metrics, and key data points to monitor the health of a business line, department, or specific process. Update and maintain JCD Strategic Planning policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned department activities.

Involve in the activities of translating the organizational strategy into Strategic Planning operational business plans and monitor the performance of execution to achieve JCD objectives.

Support the Strategy Executive Director in analyzing JCD performance and ensuring that strategic goals are properly executed towards achieving JCD objectives and goals.

Implement daily operations of the Corporate Performance Department by analyzing JCDC objectives, identifying areas of improvement, conducting reports regarding strategy, and monitoring the effectiveness of strategies.

Engage in preparing financial plans and budgets for the Department and monitor actual expenditure against the approved budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenue and unsatisfactory performance areas are identified and rectified promptly.

Engage in the annual process pertaining to the preparation and approval of JCD performance metrics, including the setting and monitoring of organization KPIs to ensure business continuity and achievement of the desired goals and objectives.

Involve with other functions for the preparation and development of all corporate reports, documentation, and presentations to display, publish, and present the data to management and all relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with other business lines to cascade departmental strategies.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field. Preferred Master’s degree in Strategic Management, or any related field or MBA.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in English Language is a must;
Arabic Language is preferred.

Any professional certification in related areas is an advantage (MS Excel, MS Power BI, and KPI Professional).
