We are seeking a skilled Corporate M&A Lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our prestigious US international law firm in Riyadh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile mergers and acquisitions across the region, providing expert legal advice and innovative solutions to our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
– Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating M&A transaction documents including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and ancillary contracts.
– Conducting due diligence and coordinating cross-border legal aspects of transactions.
– Advising clients on the regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to corporate and commercial transactions in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
– Collaborating with internal teams and external advisers to ensure smooth transaction execution.
– Staying updated on developments in corporate and M&A law applicable to the region to provide proactive and compliant advice.
– Managing multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of work quality.
