Corporate Legal Advisor / In-House Lawyer Jobs in Dubai at Inoventive 3D
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Legal Advisor / In-House Lawyer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s legal affairs, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations, reviewing contracts, mitigating legal risks, and providing practical legal guidance to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters in coordination with external counsel.
- Review company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Support business development, procurement, HR, and finance teams with legal guidance.
- Assist with company formation, licensing, renewals, and corporate governance matters.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may impact the business.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with company operations and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
- Qualified lawyer with the right to practice law in their jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE corporate, commercial, labor, and contract laws.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide practical business-oriented legal solutions.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting companies in manufacturing, engineering, construction, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with UAE mainland and free zone regulations.
- Experience handling contracts, tenders, vendor agreements, NDAs, and employment-related matters.
