Job Description:
As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top-tier professionals within the real estate sector. Your primary focus will be on filling key roles such as support teams, real estate agents, property managers, leasing consultants, and other related positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and on-boarding.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in real estate recruitment.
* Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate industry.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, specifically within the UAE real estate industry.
* Strong understanding of real estate roles, licensing requirements, and industry standards and visa processes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to source and attract top talent through multiple channels.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with various departments.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR softwares.
* Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
