role in our growing company and will focus on leading the corporate finance function for Rixos Hospitality entities. Â Based in Dubai, reporting to the VP Finance, this role will have key responsibilities in the areas of accounting, Tax & TP, financial reporting, planning and analysis as well as
project management

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Corporate Finance Operations  :
Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Transfer Pricing, and Treasury functions.  Ensure Compliance  :
Guarantee adherence to local regulations, IFRS, and Group policies.  Implement Financial Controls  :
Establish and enforce key controls in line with Group standards.  Audit Management  :
Work with external and internal auditors to ensure smooth audits and deliver actionable outcomes.  Tax & Government Relations  :
Manage relationships with tax authorities and governmental bodies.  Budgeting & Forecasting  :
Lead the corporate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.  Stakeholder Reporting  :
Provide monthly, quarterly, annual reports and respond to information requests from stakeholders.  Business Analysis Support  :
Provide
financial modeling
and analysis in support of new business, cost savings.
Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Chartered/certified accounting is preferred.  10+ years of progressive experience in Finance.  2 to 5 years experience as Director of Finance.  At least 5 years in a large international company with multi-entity responsibility.  Experience in the Hospitality industry or with an Audit firm is preferred.  Strong understanding of accounting principles (Local GAAP/IFRS), financial reporting, and analysis.
Knowledge of local and international financial laws and tax implications. Â Excellent
communication skills
, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence at various organizational levels.
Hands-on
, proactive, self-starter with a continuous drive to improve processes, systems, and performance. Â Expert-level Excel skills and strong knowledge of computerized database financial management applications. Â Additional Information
