Position Overview:
Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the negotiation and execution of funding transactions, conducting rigorous research on the market and producing materials for various types of debt investors, analyzing financial statements, producing materials for the Board and Board Committees, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to adequately manage BE’s standalone and Group-wide lender relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution of loan funding transactions for BE and OpCos
• Develop financial models to evaluate and assess the impact of execution of transactions on BE standalone and group leverage, coverage, and liquidity ratios
• Work with the team to build a lender relationship management system and participate in ongoing lender/investor relationship management
• Research and analyze industry trends and market conditions
• Prepare memos and presentations to Management and the Board as required
• Collaborate with other CFIT team members
• Provide support to Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and ESG on an ad-hoc basis to comply with requirements of closed transactions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Banking or Investments
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with financing documentation
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong knowledge of financial and corporate accounting concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
