Job Purpose

The Corporate Enablement Manager is responsible for leading corporate enablement initiatives and ensuring the organizational readiness of projects and strategic initiatives prior to launch and execution. The role oversees the coordination of operational, technical, administrative, and organizational requirements across departments, while driving the development of internal systems, process optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. The position plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of the Company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. 1. Lead and coordinate all preparatory activities for projects and initiatives prior to execution or official launch.
  2. Identify the internal requirements necessary to initiate projects in coordination with the relevant departments and teams.
  3. Develop and monitor project readiness plans, including operational, technical, administrative, and human resource requirements.
  4. Ensure that all readiness requirements are fully completed before project launch or handover to the teams responsible for execution and operations.
  5. Oversee the internal technical requirements related to the Company's operations and projects.
  6. Coordinate with technology service providers, software developers, and external companies regarding systems and technology solutions.
  7. Monitor the implementation and development of the systems, platforms, and digital tools used within the Company.
  8. Contribute to improving and automating internal procedures and enhancing the efficient use of systems and technologies.
  9. Contribute to the development and enhancement of Human Resources modules within the ERP system in accordance with the Company's requirements and approved business processes.
  10. Work on automating Human Resources procedures and reducing reliance on manual processes and traditional forms.
  11. Monitor the integration of the Human Resources system with other related systems within the Company to ensure seamless data flow and eliminate duplicate data entry.
  12. Evaluate and recommend modern technological solutions and tools that enhance the employee experience and improve the efficiency of Human Resources operations.
  13. Support Human Resources digital transformation projects and ensure alignment with the Company's overall technology strategy.
  14. Analyze existing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, and automation.
  15. Recommend technological or organizational solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work and repetitive tasks.
  16. Support the implementation of internal initiatives related to digital transformation and process improvement.
  17. Prepare periodic reports on the status of projects, initiatives, and readiness levels.
  18. Provide support and assistance to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
  19. Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the job position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
  • Certifications in Digital Transformation, Business Process Improvement, ERP Systems, or related disciplines are highly desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, Corporate Enablement, Business Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and corporate initiatives.
  • Experience in digitally transforming Human Resources processes is considered an advantage.
