Drive growth and value creation for a diversified group of companies through strategic acquisitions. As a Corporate Development Associate, you will play a key role in executing our M&A strategy.
Primary Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition targets aligned with the company’s goals.
Evaluate target companies’ strategic fit, financial performance, and operational capabilities.
Manage the monthly M&A funnel, providing a comprehensive overview of potential transactions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analyses and industry trends.
Lead due diligence processes, including financial, legal, operational, and commercial assessments.
Collaborate with external advisors and internal teams to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop detailed financial models to assess acquisition opportunities.
Conduct in-depth
financial analysis
to support decision-making.
Support negotiations on deal structure, pricing, and terms.
Assist in post-merger integration plans and cross-functional
team collaboration
.
Qualifications & Experience Professional qualification in Business or Finance.
Minimum 2 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, financial diligence, private equity, or strategy consulting.
Prior experience in Health and Social Care Sectors, Recruitment, or related sectors is desirable.
Familiarity with M&A due diligence processes and legal documentation.
Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Excellent
