Title: Corporate Credit Review Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

-Review credit proposals and prepare credit summaries.

-Monitor the account conduct for each company in the assigned portfolio and coordinate with CCM and BL to regularize past dues/excesses.

-Implement risk rating policies / tools.

-Be fully aware of any updates regarding the company’s operations and business environment

-Conduct day to day operations and minimize risky transactions on granted facilities

-Analyze the industry and market conditions for each company under study.

-Review, the spreading of the company’s financials to make sure it is done properly and conservatively.

-Provide detailed financial statement analysis (analysis of all breakdowns, ratios and cash flow etc.).

-Prepare cash flow and projection analysis.

-Check the accuracy of the counterparty risk rating through reviewing the financial and qualitative data using MRA tool.

-Ensure that the transactions that require to be approved on case by case are conducted in accordance with the conditions of the approved facilities.

-Required years of experience from 2-4 in corporate banking experience.
