Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Reputation & Brand Positioning
- Protect and enhance NOVA's corporate reputation as a leading Saudi bottled water company.
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies that strengthen stakeholder trust and brand credibility.
- Ensure consistent corporate messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
2. Corporate & Strategic Communications
- Support executive management in communicating NOVA's vision, strategy, business performance, and transformation initiatives.
- Develop communication materials, presentations, speeches, and key messages for leadership.
- Manage corporate announcements, business updates, and company milestones.
3. Media Relations & Public Affairs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, government entities, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage press releases, media inquiries, interviews, and public statements.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment regarding NOVA and the bottled water industry.
4. Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Lead internal communication initiatives that promote company culture, employee engagement, and organizational alignment.
- Communicate strategic initiatives, business updates, and change management programs across the organization.
5. Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Promote NOVA's sustainability, environmental stewardship, water conservation, and community engagement initiatives.
- Support ESG-related communications and corporate responsibility reporting.
- Enhance NOVA's position as a responsible and sustainable Saudi company.
6. Crisis & Reputation Management
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
- Manage communications related to operational incidents, product quality matters, regulatory issues, or reputational risks.
- Advise management on communication strategies during sensitive situations.
7. Digital Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Oversee corporate website content, social media platforms, and digital communication channels.
- Engage effectively with key stakeholders including customers, government authorities, investors, employees, business partners, and media organizations.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
8.Corporate Identity & Brand Governance:
- Ensure consistency of corporate branding across all business units, subsidiaries, and external communications.
- Develop and maintain corporate communication guidelines and governance.
9. Executive Communications
- Manage executive thought leadership initiatives, including LinkedIn content, keynote speeches, interviews, panel discussions, and industry events.
10. Government & Regulatory Communications
- Support communication with government entities, regulatory authorities, industry associations, and strategic partners.
11. Measurement & Reporting
- Every communications department today is expected to report KPIs

Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree (MBA or Corporate Communications) is preferred for senior leadership roles.
- Professional certifications in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, ESG, Investor Relations, or Change Management are an advantage.
Experience:
- Manager: 7–10 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Corporate Affairs.
- Preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
