Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with club goals.

Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external platforms.

Collaborate with senior leadership and key departments to drive strategic initiatives and campaigns.

Design and manage the club’s annual communication calendar.

Maintain strong relationships with local and international sports media.

Manage media inquiries, arrange interviews, and coordinate press events.

Ensure all public engagements align with PR protocol and uphold the club’s image.

Promote open, transparent communication throughout the organization.

Lead internal messaging initiatives, executive communication, and employee engagement campaigns.

Collaborate with HR to support communication around key policies and programs.

Develop and manage communication plans for crisis situations.

Provide timely and transparent updates to preserve the club’s reputation.

Lead stakeholder communication during emergencies.

Support speech writing and presentation development for executive leadership.

Ensure consistency and alignment of leadership messages with the club’s strategy.

Engage and maintain relationships with government officials, local organizations, and the broader community.

Oversee CSR communication and community outreach initiatives.

Lead a communications team, providing direction, feedback, and development support.

Track and analyze communication KPIs, delivering insights and reports to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or employee engagement.

Proven expertise in developing and implementing communication strategies.

Strong background in corporate writing, internal campaigns, and media handling.

Strategic thinking and planning.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Crisis management and problem-solving.
