Overview
An international law firm is seeking a Corporate / Commercial Associate to join its growing Riyadh office. The team advises regional and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular strength in energy, natural resources and infrastructure transactions.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a 3-6 PQE associate with strong transactional experience who is already based in the Middle East and looking to develop within a rapidly expanding Saudi practice.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on corporate and commercial transactions across the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.
- Support clients on a broad range of regional transactional matters.
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documentation.
- Work closely with partners and cross-border teams on Middle East mandates.
- Assist with due diligence and structuring for complex corporate transactions.
- Develop relationships with regional clients and stakeholders.
About You
- 3-6 years’ PQE gained at a recognised international law firm.
- Strong transactional experience across corporate or commercial matters.
- Experience working within the Middle East region.
- Saudi nationals strongly preferred.
- Arabic language skills highly desirable.
- Excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple work streams.
