As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Corporate Ambassador, responsible to serve as a key point of contact for prospects, applicants, Channel Partners, and Clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and guide Clients in addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth handling of transactions. This role demands strong communication skills, presentation, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to build positive relationships that reflect the company’s values and service standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Act as the first line of support for Clients, addressing inquiries via email, phone, or in-person interactions.
Provide accurate information and guidance regarding products, services, application processes, and transactions.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve complex queries and ensure timely follow-up.
Support Channel Partners in delivering a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Maintain up-to-date records of interactions and resolutions using CRM or support systems.
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvement.
Promote the company’s values and maintain a professional and approachable presence in all engagements.
Participate in events organized by Meydan Free Zone.
Social media engagement.
To Join our team, you will have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3+ years in similar operational, customer service, client relations role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Familiarity with CRM software, including ERP, Zoho, Microsoft Office, etc.
Language skills:
English.
Any second language is desirable.
