The Corporate Communication Senior Executive supports the Corporate Affairs team in managing the company’s external and internal communication strategies, Branding, stakeholder engagement, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. The role involves assisting in building relationships with stakeholders and promoting the company’s brand and reputation.
Stakeholder Engagement
Support in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, business partners, and community groups. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for stakeholder meetings.
Communication and Public Relations
Draft press releases, newsletters, and other corporate communications under supervision. Assist in managing the company’s social media channels and website content. Monitor media coverage and provide summaries to the team. Safeguard Corporate Brand internal & external across head-office & factory. Support in writing different projects briefs and making sure timelines are met. Spot relevant forums for participation in-line with company’s strategy.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Assist in planning and executing CSR programs and initiatives. Support efforts to track and report on the impact of CSR activities. Support in driving Beyti’s sustainability agenda.
Administrative Support
Coordinate meetings, events, and activities related to corporate affairs. Maintain databases, contact lists, and other departmental records. Provide logistical support for external and internal corporate events. Prepare needed Purchase orders following company’s internal policy.
Skills and Competencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
A good understanding of corporate affairs, communications, public relations, and CSR.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Masscom, Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, or any related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FMCG or other industries in department corporate affairs, communications, public relations, community service, government relations, etc.
Worked as part of Corporate Affairs / CSR Comms team Is a must.
