Corporate Accountant | Dubai, UAE. Are you an experienced finance professional who thrives on accuracy, timeliness, and clear financial insight?
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting and ensure month‑end close is completed within agreed timelines.
- Prepare accurate, timely reports for the board and senior management to support strategic decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning with a strong focus on forecast precision.
- Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and working capital management.
- Handle multi‑entity financial consolidation and reporting across our business units.
- Coordinate fully with external auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Build dashboards and performance reports to track business health and financial trends.
Core Competencies
- Financial analysis and ability to act as a business partner to operational teams.
- Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Strong command of IFRS and corporate reporting standards.
- Excellent cash flow management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Confidence in presenting financial information to board and leadership levels.
- Proven experience managing finance processes for multiple companies/entities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
- In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Must have a driving license.
