Job Title: Corporate Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Corporate Account Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications and Requirements:
Location: Central office in Riyadh
Experience: 2-5 years in the insurance industry.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Language: Excellent proficiency in English.
Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets, with a focus on Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions and risk coverage.
- Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient policy issuance and excellent post-sales service.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize portfolio growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate account management or a similar field.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to market changes.
- Knowledge of insurance and underwriting is a plus but not required.
