About this opportunity:

The MNS Core CS Back Office Manager is assigned to work to handle Ericsson CS Core and International domains in customer Network.

What you will do:

Responsible for handling around 20 CS BO resources for daily operations.

Act as an interface for Core Director at the customer side, describing and aligning for changes and daily operational issues.

Have a CS background with experience in troubleshooting, configuring, maintaining, and improving the performance of Core network.

Experience in automation to automate network activities using AI and ML.

Experience inchange management, configuration management, release management, risk management, problem management, and incident management.

Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures, managing daily operations activities.

Work with Core and IMS Network Nodes (IMS – CSCF/MTAS/SBC/IP Works/Nels, IP-STP, MSS/MSC/TSC, and MGW).

O&M of Ericsson Platforms – BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212 50/60, APG
43L, CPP.

Troubleshoot international roaming issues, IR complaints, and coordinate with roaming partners.

Expertise in automation through shell scripting, VB scripting, SQL, Python, Mongo DB, ELK stack, Angular, REST API.

Handle performance functions using SAP BI and other analysis tools.

Identify and rectify system problems according to agreed timing in SLA.

Ensure network availability at the highest possible level by swiftly handling problems/degradations and interpreting relevant performance parameters.

Contribute to the creation and improvements of ideas, procedures, and routines within the group/department.

The skills you bring:

Advanced O&M experience within Ericsson IMS/WCDMA/GSM core network (BSP, AXE & MGW CPP platforms).

Exceptional troubleshooting skills of traffic-related issues (IMS – CSCF/MTAS/SBC/IP Works/Nels, MSS, MSC, FNR/HLR, STP, and MGW).

Advanced understanding of signaling protocols such as SS7/IP, GCP, CAP, MAP, INAP, SCCP, ISUP, BICC, SIP, Diameter, SGsAP, and ATM.

Strong knowledge of STS performance reports.

Extensive experience in maintaining and improving key performance indicators (KPIs): LU, ASR, Paging, HO, etc.

PLEX knowledge and software tracing is a plus.

Very good knowledge in all DT related configurations: A, B, IMSI and EOS analysis, signaling & traffic routing/nodes integration/triggering tables/AXEPARS.

Experience using different Ericsson tools:
Primus, MHWEB, ERICOLL, KCS.

Ability to interpret network design documents to prevent mistakes and ensure first-time correct implementation of change requests.

Excellent skills in integrating new nodes RNC, BSC & VAS nodes (SMSc, ICS).

Experience on CELLO platform, MO-Shell, FTP, Telnet.
